General Information

The continuing education programmes and the practical part which accompanies them will take place in Athens, in places which will be made known to the participants at the proper time with all other details.
The 4 days workshops will take place at the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Witten/Herdecke, Witten, Germany (near Dusseldorf). The Greek-German Dental Association will organize the trip and the accommodation.

Every continuing education programme in Athens will take place on Friday- Saturday - Sunday, which are mentioned in the detailed programme as follows:
Friday : 17.00-21.00 (Theory)
Saturday: 09.00-13.00 & 15.00-19.00 (Theory)
Sunday : 09.00-13.00 (Practice - limited attendance 40 participants)

It is possible to attend only the theoretical part. For the participation at the practical seminar the attendance of the theory is obligatory.

The participation at the practical part of every programme (as well as the workshops in the University Witten/Herdecke is limited to 40 participants. A strict priority will be issued.

The whole continuing education cycle will be presented in English.

Registration to the practical part of each programme should be received 3 months in advance, for the better preparation.
For the September 2002 seminar - till 30 June 2002
For the October 2002 seminar - till 31 July 2002
For the November 2002 seminar - till 31 August 2002
For the January 2003 seminar - till 31 October 2002
For the February 2003 seminar - till 30 November 2002
For the March 2003 seminar - till 31 December 2002
For the April 2003 seminar - till 31 January 2003
For the workshops at the University Witten/Herdecke - till 31 March 2003

The participation is guaranteed after receipt of the registration form and fee and the participant has received her/his voucher.

The University Witten/Herdecke will issue participation certificates for the practical and theoretical part of each continuing education programme. For those who will participate at the entire continuing education cycle in Athens and Witten a special participation title will be assigned, during a ceremony at the University Witten/Herdecke.

For written cancellation of the participation received 3 months before each programme, the total fee will be refunded, except an administration charge of 30 euro. If payment was made with credit card, the bank charges will be deducted. After this date no refund will be made.

Payment of registration fees

The registration fees should be paid together with the submission of the registration form with one of the possibilities described there.

If the participant registers at more than one programmes, the registration form should be sent only once with all the programmes she/he wishes to attend. The payment of each registration fee may be done separately for each programme at the dates mentioned. If payment is done with a credit card, the card will be charged with the fee of each programme at the dates mentioned.

For those who will attend the entire continuing education cycle there will be a discount of 10%. This registration fee may be paid in 10 monthly payments (353,7 euro each) from June 2002 till March 2003. A credit card may also be charged in 10 monthly payments.
